SHIPPED ITEMS

Shopping on our website is like shopping in our stores; shoes may have been tried on but never worn. All shoes arrive in their original boxes packed within a recycled box.
 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

In stock items are shipped in 1 business day via UPS. We will contact you by email if there is a delay. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. At this time we only ship within the USA to the lower 48 states.  Sorry Hawaii and Alaska!

UPS Ground rates are available at checkout. Call for UPS 3 day select.
 

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within two weeks of product delivery, in original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached. Footwear must not show wear on the sole. Customers assume responsibility for shipping cost of returned items.  No returns on sale items.

Include original paperwork that is enclosed with your shipment. Insure package and send to:

REFUNDS

Upon receipt, if the above requirements are met, your credit card will be credited for the purchase amount.  Original shipping fees are not refundable.
